Merry Christmas: A look back at TwentyFour in 2025

The Purple and Green tinsel and seasonal decorations are up around the TwentyFour IT office, which can only mean one thing... It’s Christmas!!!!
We’ve gathered around the tree for our annual Christmas jumper photo, exchanged gifts at our legendary Christmas fuddle, Mike has even brought in his home-made family recipe Mine Pie’s, we are all getting into the Christmas spirit.
As we start to draw a close to the year, it is time for our team to spend time with their families, celebrate at our achievements at the recent Doncaster Business Awards, look forward to our Christmas Party, but most importantly... take a look back and reflect on 2025, and what a year it has been!
2025 has been an incredible year of growth at TwentyFour, increasing our supported user base by more than 4,000 users in the past 12 months, now supporting more than 350 businesses in 19 different countries. But beyond that, we have also grown our team, adding new team members across almost every department, now operating as a team of 55 across 3 offices.
We would like to wish a very warm welcome to every client and team member who has joined the TwentyFour IT family over this past 12 months, as well as a wish a heartfelt thank you to our longstanding partners for their continued trust and belief in our support and services. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside each one of you towards mutual successes.
This year has been full of incredible achievements, such as the recent business awards, where we were finalists across 5 categories across multiple different awards.
Doncaster Business Awards
This year, we were not only finalists for 3 awards at the Doncaster Business Awards, but we were also the Headline Sponsor of the entire awards ceremony, celebrating the incredible accomplishments of the business community who have played a large part in supporting our growth to where we are today. It was a fantastic awards ceremony, and we have had a lot of great feedback from people throughout the local business community about our sponsorship and celebration of local businesses.
Barnsley & Rotherham Business Awards
Additionally, we were honoured to receive Highly Commended for Business Growth this year for our first entry to the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
As well as celebrating at this years awards, and welcoming so many great businesses to the TwentyFour family, we have also been lucky enough to welcome people from more than 60 different businesses to our Hospitality Box at Castle Park for food, drinks and the great atmosphere of Doncaster Knights home games, where this year we continued our sponsorship of Doncaster Knights training, warmup, and leisurewear kits.
Throughout 2025 we have continued to increase our brand awareness throughout the UK, not only through social media where we have grown by more than 1.5K followers on LinkedIn alone in 2025, but also though a wide range of events. In 2025 we have hosted several of our own talks on AI & Cyber Security, as well as partnered with Business Doncaster, Doncaster Knights, Apex Offices, and the ICAEW to deliver talks and educate our local business community on a range of topics, as well as showcasing at the 2025 Doncaster Business Showcase which we have already signed up for in 2026.
We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication of every member of our team who have led to us averaging a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score of 99.6% throughout 2025. Last year we made large strides in our processes to improve our customer satisfaction across the business, ending the year on 98.3% average across the last 6 months of the year, up from 78% at the close of 2023. To deliver an average customer satisfaction score more than 20% higher than our industry average throughout the year is mind blowing and we have ensured that every member of our team is aware of how thankful we are for the service they provide. Each and every member of our team are the cornerstone our continued growth and success, and we have no doubt that they will continue to play a pivotal role as our business continues to grow into 2026 and beyond.
